I graduated with first class honors from the AECC chiropractic university in Bournemouth. Having been a swimmer at a competitive level for the majority of my life, I have had quite my share of sports injuries over the years. Receiving chiropractic care from a young age changed my whole outlook around health and started my interest in the profession. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with athletes, as well as babies and young adults. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, hiking with my husband, and experimenting with making healthy versions of well-loved desserts. Having the privilege of living by the sea, I have over the years picked up the habit of going for a beach walk every morning, which makes me feel incredibly grateful and relaxed.

I grew up on a small farm, just outside of Lymington, which has resulted in a love of animals and the outdoors. I still live in Lymington with my husband, our daughter and Cockapoo, Mabel. In my spare time, I enjoy getting out for walks in the New Forest, going to the gym and yoga classes. I also love baking and cake decorating. My latest challenge was recently making a friend’s Wedding cake! I was first introduced to Chiropractic aged 15, after being recommended to see a Chiropractor for my painful, clicking jaw. It really helped and sparked my interest. I enjoy treating patients of all ages, and have completed additional training in pregnancy and paediatrics, as well as dry needling (western acupuncture).

I qualified as a Chiropractor from the University of Johannesburg and moved to England in 2022 to further my studies.

I have always been active, participating in different sports such as netball, athletics, touch rugby and horse riding, and I have received the benefits of chiropractic treatment throughout my life to prevent injuries.

I love working with people of all ages from babies to geriatrics as well as all kinds of athletes. I thoroughly enjoy reading during my free time, learning about physical and mental health. I enjoy exploring new places, trying new sports and being outdoors in nature.

I became interested in chiropractic as my Dad had a number of quite serious injuries and found chiropractic not only helped treat them, but provided continued care. Since graduating in 2012 from the AECC in Bournemouth, I have enjoyed adding to my skillset on courses, such as dry needling, each year and have found my passion in treating sporting injuries. It is important to stay fit and mobile all through life, so whether it’s a new injury, or a very old injury that we need to treat and rehabilitate, I enjoy helping people get back to their sports and hobbies. In my spare time I enjoy doing anything physical, but mainly lifting weights, yoga and running; and having grown up by the beach, rain or shine, I enjoy walking and days out by sea.
